Return Policy

If a customer would like to return his or her Bass Egg, he or she may do so for a full refund as long as the return is initiated within 30-days of the original purchase. The customer must be able to provide a receipt, or other form of proof of purchase, in order to be eligible for a return. A product may be returned for a refund only if it is in original condition. To initiate a return, the customer must email mattparker@echotronicsinc.com to create an official RMA (return merchandise authorization) case. Once the return is authorized, US/Canada residents will be emailed a pre- paid shipping label that may be used to send the product back to EchoTronics. Non US/Canada residents will be provided with an address to send the product to. Once the product is received, and verified to be in original condition, EchoTronics will issue the customer a full refund.

Warranty and Replacement Policy

Though the Bass Egg is durable and well-built, all consumer electronics devices can become defective. EchoTronics offers a one-year warranty on its products, so long as they aren’t abused beyond the realm of “normal” use. To take advantage of this warranty, the customer must be able to provide a receipt or other form of proof of purchase. If a customer suspects that his or her Bass Egg is not working properly, and the product was purchased within the past year, the customer should email mattparker@echotronicsinc.com. Once the Customer Support Team has concluded that a replacement is appropriate, US/Canada residents will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label that may be used to send the product back to Bass Egg as well as a replacement for the warrantied product. Non US/Canada residents will be provided with an address to send the product to as well as a replacement for the warrantied product.

Examples include order fulfillment and the processing credit card payments, to name a few. These service providers may use customer information ONLY to complete their services.
